well so far I haven't done much with Sub-forums as I never saw them used much on your site, then again your site only had four users so I guess I shouldn't base to much on it.

If you want them to be seperate, cause the board style will affect how some viewers see the story, one board makes them seem together (See the Fringe), multiple boards mean they still want their distance.

There is still forum and subforum. I coudl have "Fallen reality" and udner it have the sub-boards, or I could simply have "New Galthron" as a board and it's sub-boards be the capital city, etc

All of Diamensia is on one forum so I don't have to hide a whole slew of boards, IO meant forums so just replace board with forum in my last statment.

Depends on if you want them to be focal points or not. For isntance here Merran was where all the action was so I condenced all the other planets to a single board. If you want that, then we make 1 board, if you want the action spread around and think your players would like that, then it's beast we really flesh out a while system of boards.
